- Abstract
- Point location coverage for administrative capitals of ADM2 shi and kun (Municipalities and Districts) in North Korea.
- Purpose
- These data are intended for researchers, students, urban and regional planners, and policy makers for reference and mapping purposes, and to provide users with geographic data for cartography, local and regional demographic analysis and planning, urban and rural policy-making, environmental monitoring, management and impact analysis, economic analysis and other types of geographic analysis. These data can be used with geographic information systems (GIS) software to display and analyze information on land use and planning and associated areas of interest, or to provide a basemap, (e.g. for labeling town names on maps), to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
