- Parcels for Yuba County. Digitized from fall 2002 aerial photograph, with reference to Assessor's parcel maps. Updated and maintained by a combination of digitizing the CAD Assessor's changes or COGO entering the updated info.

- Logical Consistency Report
- Parcels built from individual shapefiles for each Assessor's parcel book. These were merged, edited, then cleaned in Arc/Info to create coverage topology. Exported from coverage to shapefile for future edits and parcel additions from the Planning Division of the Community Development Department.
- Completeness Report
- Shapefile is complete with latest edits from the Planning Division as of 5/18/04. Outstanding issues from the Assessor's department have yet to be incorporated into this file.
- Horizontal Positional Accuracy Report
- Accuracy of the parcel boundaries is reflective of the scales at which the parcels were digitized (1:1500 to 1:5000 typically), and accuracy of the aerial photography and recognition of physical ground features that mark property boundaries. In some cases, coordinate geometry as noted in Assessor's parcel maps was used to help locate parcel boundaries.
