Exemptions include: Less than 3 Acre Conversions; Dead, Dying and Diseased, Fuelwood split products; Christmas Trees; Public Agency; Public and Private Utility Right of Way; Substantially Damaged Timberland; 150ft or 300ft Fire Hazard Tree Removal; Forest Fire Prevention; Drought Mortality. Only Exemption Notices from February 2019 onwards are included in this data set.</abstract>
